SCULPT
A whole body conditioning class which targets all the main muscle groups in the lower body, core and upper body. This is perfect if you want to tone up, tighten muscles and increase overall strength and flexibility.

In addition to body weight exercises it incorporates exercises which use various pieces of equipment such as step decks, free weights and resistance bands and rings. Perfect to supplement cardio classes or great if you’re looking for minimal impact whilst still working up a sweat.
TRX Suspension Training
Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
PUMP'D & L1FT
Pump'd and L1FT are both barbell workouts for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, you get a total body workout. L1FT uses more variation of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells and resistant bands whilst Pump'd focusses mainly on the barbell.
In classes you will be guided through moves and techniques with plenty of encouragement, motivation and great music, helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
