Online Store Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy

PHYSICAL GOODS BOUGHT ONLINE VIA OUR ONLINE STORE:
 

If your order fails to arrive, you must first check that your shipping address on your order was correct, and contact the shipping carrier for assistance. If the item is then confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, please notify us via email at info@hype-fitness.com within 21 days of expected delivery date along with confirmation from the carrier that the item is lost, and we can then arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no cost.

If your order fails to arrive due to incorrect address or undeliverable address, we can re-submit the order again within 21 days of the original expected delivery date but please note that additional delivery fees will need to be paid by yourself.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please send images and a description of the damaged or defective item to info@hype-fitness.com within 21 days of your expected delivery date and we shall arrange a replacement item to be sent to you at no cost.

If you change your mind about what you have ordered, or you need an alternative size, you must return the item in it's original packaging within 21 days of your delivery date to:

You are responsible for shipping costs for your return and ensuring it has proof of postage or tracking to ensure it arrives with us. Alternatively, you are welcome to drop the item to our business location in person at no charge. Please ensure you have included in your return, your full name, address, order number and order date. Provided the item is unworn, undamaged and in saleable condition, we shall issue you a full refund (minus shipping costs) to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return. Please allow a period of up to 10 working days of issuing the refund for the balance to appear in your account due to bank processing times. Please note that this above policy does not apply for any products than cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear bottoms, jewellery etc) unless they are returned with any original hygiene protective strips intact.

If you are unable to return the item to us (for example, your return shipping costs are higher than the purchase price of the item you are returning), please contact us at info@hype-fitness.com and we shall advise on what we can do to help! DIGITAL PDF GUIDES POLICY:

 

Digital PDF Guides are delivered to you immediately at the point of purchase. There will be a download link included in your order confirmation email, which gives you 30 days to download before the link expires. The download link can also be found on your online account under 'My Orders' when you log in to the HYPE Fitness site. Please contact us at info@hype-fitness.com if you need us to resend the download link or have difficulty accessing the guides.

Your Rights:

If you want to cancel a distance selling contract, you usually have a legal right to do so ‘unconditionally’. This means you can cancel without giving a reason. But it’s only unconditional for a certain amount of time after a distance selling contract is ‘performed’ (a contract is usually ‘performed’ when you’ve received the goods or services you ordered). This time period is known as the ‘cancellation period’ or ‘cooling-off period’.

For the purpose of this Cancellation Policy, HYPE Fitness digital PDF guides service is classified as “digital content”. Therefore you agree to waive-off your rights for cancellation even within the cooling off period of 14-days, if the digital content has been delivered. If the content has not been delivered, please email proof of non-delivery to info@hype-fitness.com and we shall resend the download link in your order confirmation email. If you can still prove that the content has not been delivered to you within 14 days of purchase, HYPE Fitness may at it's discretion provide you with a refund which shall be sent to you within 14 days of final proof of non-delivery. Please allow a period of up to 10 working days of issuing the refund for the balance to appear in your account due to bank processing times.
