STRETCH & FLEX
A flexibility training class and is suitable for everybody no matter if you can't yet touch your toes or are working towards a over split!
Splits and back flexibility make a great party trick and can really help you in other areas of your fitness regime. Improve your day-to-day life by working on areas which are hindering your training, and decrease post-workout recovery time.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

This class is perfect if you're looking to tone up, improve strength, posture and flexibility, whilst calming your mind and getting a sweat on at the same time!
PILATES
Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.
Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.
WHEEL YOGA
In Wheel Yoga, we use the yoga wheel to elevate our practice of backbends with comfort and ease. This class is designed to open the chest, shoulders, and back, offering a soothing release from back stress while training your core through specialist inversions. With guidance, you will nurture both strength and flexibility, while the dynamic interplay of balancing postures teaches you to channel your focus and concentration.
Whether you're an experienced yogi or new to the practice, this class is inclusive of all skill levels, utilising the yoga wheel's potential to enrich your path toward greater openness, resilience, and inner balance.
PIYO
This is a choreographed conditioning class all to music and you will sweat!
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.
And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
